The Magpul MOE AKM Hand Guard replaces factory wooden or plastic hand guards on compatible stamped-receiver AK-47, AKM, and AK-74 rifles. Its extended gripping surface and heat-resistant polymer construction support controlled handling during use.
An integrated heat shield helps manage barrel-area temperatures, while M-LOK slots provide attachment points for compatible accessories. A replacement gas tube cover completes the assembly; U.S.-made construction also counts as one U.S. compliance part for 922(r).
